Superintendent Katie Averill was confirmed by the Iowa Senate. All senators approved Katie’s appointment. This is her third term of serving as Iowa’s Superintendent of Credit Unions.
Katie leads the Credit Union Division staff. The team provides efficient regulation. She protects the interest of over 1.5 million members in all Iowa counties.
Katie is active in national credit union regulation. She sits on the board of the National Association of State Credit Union Supervisors, (NASCUS). NASCUS also announced Katie’s reappointment.
