Iowa law requires the Oath of Directors to be submitted every year. Credit Unions may use the paper form or the electronic form.
Credit Unions using the Electronic Oath Form will need to login the Division's systems to fill out the form.
Each credit union must send a signed and notarized copy of the Oath of Directors to the Division.
