National Consumer Protection Week

Date:
Wednesday, March 8, 2017

The President of the United States declared March 5th through March 11th National Consumer Protection Week. This campaign focuses on educating consumers on their financial rights and help consumers make well-informed money decisions.  Financial scams and identity theft remain some of the top consumer complaints nationwide. We encourage credit unions to continually provide financial education materials for their members.

The following links provide National Consumer Protection Week resources that can be used to educate consumers.
