Fraud Awareness
Credit unions are on the front lines of defending against fraud schemes. The Iowa Attorney General’s Office released guidance on Emerging Fraud Schemes due to COVID-19. If you become aware that one of your members may be a victim, please refer them to this resource and follow your normal credit union fraud procedures.

Consumer Resources
Please contact your credit union directly for the latest updates to their operating hours and locations during this time. If necessary, credit union staff members are available to members by appointment. Members are encouraged to use ATM, drive through services, online and mobile banking systems to access your accounts.
